General Manager of Sales – UK Bathroom Pods Market

Company Overview:

We are a leading manufacturer and seller of bathroom pods, dedicated to providing innovative and efficient integrated bathroom solutions for the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales and business development team to fully expand and develop the UK market; Formulate and implement market strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets and brand growth in the UK;

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and industry partners;

Drive project acquisition, negotiation, and successful delivery;

Take responsibility for performance targets (with possible performance-based or goal-based incentive mechanisms).


Compensation:

Annual income: £100,000 – £200,000+ (performance-based or goal exchange/target agreement).


Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the construction or modular construction industry, with a strong professional network in the field;

Familiarity with construction project processes, site operations, and project management;

Possession of relevant professional qualifications, such as Chartered Architect, Quantity Surveyor, or Construction Supervisor;

MBA or relevant management degree preferred;

Team management experience and leadership capabilities;

Knowledge of product certification processes, preferably within the UK or European market;

Basic financial knowledge, with the ability to accept independent financial accounting and performance assessment;

Strong goal orientation, results-driven mindset, and pursuit of excellence.
